A very reliable company.
Great contact with Michelle through WhatsApp. She responds quickly and is very informative. A very reliable company. The cars are clean, the drivers are kind and helpfull. They arrive well in advance. And the prices are also very reasonable. We've used them twice and are very satisfied. Next time, we won't look any further and will definitely use Jackson Shuttle and tours again.

Absolutely fantastic
We used Jacksons tours twice in Mbombela. He assisted me with my trips to kruger and recommended activities. We were assisted by Sypriel on both occasions. Mr Jackson is hands on. He is so friendly and kind. In fact he went out of his way to take us to the airport himself on both occasions. The service is beyond excellent. They are always on time and they are now not only a service provider but have become family. Their prices are affordable and cars are in immaculate condition. Thank you Mr Jackson and team

Shuttle Services
We had the pleasure of going to Innibos this year in Nelspruit. We contacted Jackson’s Shuttle and Tours and they are incredibly professional. The cars were clean and well kept. Even playing Afrikaans music. It didn't matter late night or early morning they were always on time. Sypriel Manikela was our driver and what a pleasure it was with him driving us around, he communicated and stayed in touch with us through out the day. Sypriel was just excellent and an all round nice guy. Very safe way to travel in Mbombela. Will definitely use them again once we are back in the area, as we recommend them very strongly. Regards, Faan & Malanie

School transport for kids
I use the service for my kids to school. The drivers are on time and when the kids come back, they wait until all the kids are inside the house, then they drive away. Highly recommended for moving around Nelspruit. Cars are clean, card speed point on cars for that cashless service.

Fantastic Taxi Service!
Cannot recommend Jackson Shuttles more highly! Their drivers are excellent, punctual and professional. We used them multiple times while in South Africa. And Jackson was great — super-responsive and helpful with suggestions. He went above-and-beyond in proposing a special Panorama Tour itinerary that fit our family’s needs perfectly.
